“Time flies away ever so fast”

Posted in college, melbourne, random  on January 26th, 2008 by: Li

Last night I had to do something I didn’t really want to do but I knew I had to do it. It wasn’t a matter of choices. There were none. It was the right thing to do but how can one really define what is right & what is wrong? Morals doesn’t come into play here. If you (you know who you are) are reading this, I hope you move on & cheer up. Life still has to go on. Hard as it may be, don’t dwell on the past. It was as hard for me as it was for you. Maybe you don’t understand, maybe you do. If you blame me, try not to, if you don’t then it’s great. Time really flies darn fast. Before you know it, we’ll be dead (Unless my plane crashes first. Kidding!).

I thank those who were there to console me & take my mind of it. I’ll do the same for you if our positions were reversed. It’s time to look towards the future & work hard to get there. No distractions allowed. At least one day in the far future, I’ll look back & think about what motivated me to get there (That is if “there” is a really good place). I hope I can stick to this resolution.

“I don’t know how I’ll feel
Tomorrow
Tomorrow
I dont know what to say
Tomorrow
Tomorrow is a different day
Tomorrow”

- Tomorrow by Avril Lavigne

As of tomorrow, my dad shall me driving me down to KL to attend the pre-departure briefing for students who will be studying at Monash College/University in Melbourne, Australia. No one I know is attending it so it’ll be just me. Hope I don’t embarrass myself by doing anything silly. Actually no one I know will be at Monash College with me next month either. I’ll just have to make new friends & learn to cope with my new surroundings. February is just around the corner. A leap year so there will be an extra day for me this year. (Not really, the days are made up & fix by us. I still have to grow older on that so called extra day.)

Pre-departure briefing (Malaysia)

Location: Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur
160 Jalan Bukit Bintang
Kuala Lumpur 55100

Time: 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm

Date: 27th January 2008

I’ll be back again tomorrow night. It’s gonna be tiring. A one day trip. Have to wake up at around 5am. Hopefully it’ll prove to be interesting & not boring. Please let there be Penang people there too. & don’t let them all be going to Monash University, let there be Monash College ones too. *crosses fingers*

Preparation…

Went to Gurney Plaza with my mum today to buy essential stuff that I need to bring to Melbourne.

booster2.jpg

First we went to Parkson Grand to buy a new booster pillow & two booster pillow cases for me to bring to Melbourne. Yeah. They don’t sell booster pillows there. Doubt they even know such thing exist. Which kinda explains why when I buy Aussino (Australia/USA brand) bed sheet sets they don’t include booster pillow cases. Or did they? Can’t recall since it’s been some time since I bought Aussino. I switched over to Akemi cause they have really nice designs. :) Anyway, I can’t sleep without a booster pillow. Been sleeping with one since I young.

boosterpillow.jpg

Then I had a problem fitting my booster pillow into my luggage. C’mon, just look at the shape?! So in the end, mum & I made it this way. It wasn’t easy. You need one person to sit/hold it down while another person has to tie the knots securely.

Then we went to Esprit to buy some stuff. They were having a sale. More discount for people with Esprit member cards which suited my mum just fine. She asked me go choose but no more clothes as I already have a huge problem with getting all my clothes to Melbourne.

esprit.jpg

esprit1.jpg

So I got these instead. A great bargain. The room slippers & face towel set only cost RM49.90. That was before discount. I think we got a 10% off. & the slippers were another RM49.90 which we got another 10% off I think. Can’t remember the discount. The bag was an even better bargain. Was RM129.90 but I bought it for a mere RM51.96. Yup. 60% off. So worth it right? I’m glad I din buy the bag before the sale. I once bought an Esprit bag at the original RM129.90 & when the sale came the bag was still available & practically at half price which pissed me off & I didn’t repeat the same mistake again. :)

Below is another photo of another Esprit bag my mum bought for me yesterday. Matching pencil case. I’m gonna make it my pencil case anyway. I have lots of stationary you see. & I’ll like my calculator to fit inside my pencil case so hence this…

bags.jpg

Right after that, we went up to find another notebook cooler pad for my bro but sadly none of the shops in Gurney Plaza sells it. How weird.

Off to Popular to buy a few more things I need. I got all the pens/pencils covered. Only left those.

files.jpg

Bought a few more jeans. I’ve always been a mini skirt girl but I can’t really go to classes in minis can I? Not to mention during winter. I’m gonna become a jeans girl now! I have really few jeans. It’s time to collect some.

jeans.jpg

Went to Sushi King for their Yee Sang but I ended up eating other stuff. Mum ate up most of the Yee Sang. & she loves it. =.=

yee-sang.jpg

sushiking.jpg

sushi2.jpg

Bought a hamper & mandarin oranges & mum drove directly to our relatives’ house to give it to them. Luckily they were in. Their gardener was  outside working on the plants. Mum got the opportunity to brag about my bro’s PMR results again. Ish right? Then we sat there & chit chat for awhile. I mostly just listen in on their conversation. Left my handphone in the car so nothing to do but listen.

hamper.jpg

luggae.jpg

This is my luggage problem. I actually managed to get my luggage to close! I was so proud of myself. It was just like in the movies where people sit on their luggage to get it to close. I practically did that & I was so darn scared it’ll burst open again. So I showed my mum the photo of before I got the luggage to close. She practically implied I was crazy. Haha.

” What if at customs they want you to open your luggage? How are you going to get it to close again?!”

Got a point there. So we removed my black water proof trench coat & rolled it up into this:

coat.jpg

And this is my new big luggage bag. Larger than my blue one too!

luggage.jpg

luggage1.jpg

I filled up this bag with only summer clothes. But not all my clothes obviously. It was full after I filled it with half of my summer clothes.

luggage2.jpg

Then I went and weigh it. A whooping 25kg. My blue luggage with my winter stuff weighs 19kg. Do the maths.

44kg. I’m only allowed 30kg. & this isn’t like I finish packing. =.=

Mum wants me to remove everything tomorrow. Separate out what I really like & need & others that I don’t really like or need. She’ll ship it the remainder to me in Melbourne. Thank god for her agreeing to do so. :) But it’s gonna take 3 months to reach!

What a busy day ahead for me tomorrow. Gonna have tough choices. Only 30kg of my favorite clothes (which must include all my winter clothes) Aaahh.

Went out with Sze Nee & Sze Yee to Gurney Plaza. I’m an eldest child, Sze Nee is a middle child & Sze Yee is a youngest child. Weird huh. Anyway Chi Kai (Sze Yee’s BF) came along too. My dad fetched Sze Nee & I to Gurney Plaza whereas Chi Kai fetch Sze Yee there.

madmoneyposter05-2007small.jpg

We bought tickets for Mad Money. Not too bad I suppose. I like Queen Latifah in the movie. :) Looks like she lost weight.

Then we went off to Sushi King for lunch. We split the RM70++ bill between the 4 of us which worked out pretty well.

sushi.jpg

sushi1.jpg

szenee.jpg

szeyee.jpg

After lunch we had 1 hour or so to kill before the movie started, so we went up the the arcade to play Daytona (car racing). Was a blast. 4 of us & we screamed. LOL. I was 1st until Sze Nee cut my car at like the last second & we screamed. :)

After the movie we met up with Kye Bei. She’ll be leaving on the 29th Jan to go back to Melbourne. Yup. She migrated to Melbourne a few years back & I’ll be seeing a lot of her hopefully next month. :)

Went to Starbucks to chit chat. Was freezing from the movie. It was sooo cold inside. Luckily I took my jacket so I put it on with the hood up. Chi Kai got a shock when he turned & saw. He thought a Malay girl (in tudung) is sitting next to Sze Yee. LOL.

starbucks.jpg

kyebei.jpg

szeyee-szenee.jpg

Haha. Sorry guys. I was bored & I started doodling. :)

Sze Nee & I left at around 6.30pm whereas Kye Bei walked to her aunt’s house. Sze Yee & Chi Kai stayed back at Gurney Plaza.

On the way home, I passed Island Plaza & I saw this :

fire.jpg

I kept asking my dad to slow down while I got out my camera to snap that. Wonder what was going on there huh…

Lok Lok @ New World Park…

Posted in family, outing  on January 23rd, 2008 by: Li

z31.jpg

21.01.08

Mum took me to New World Park again for lunch. Decided on Lok Lok this time. Funny thing is we both have never eaten Lok Lok before. Steamboat yes, but food on a stick that is dip into soup to cook? No.

z19.jpg

The waiter there is very nice, polite & helpful. He even recommends which type of mee which should pick or which sauce is more preferred by customers. Very good service. :)

Lok Lok is still like steamboat to me. Just that we have to hold the sticks while waiting for it to cook like this :

z12.jpg

First the menu:

z.jpg

Then we choose what we like & write down how many we want on this paper:

z1.jpg

We get to choose two type of soups:

z51.jpg

z4.jpg

z11.jpg

Way to go for modern technology, just a touch of the button, & you can control the temperature of your soup.

z6.jpg

The only thing that makes this Lok Lok place more special from others is the different type of sauces they offer I guess.

z10.jpg

They give you this white plate for you to put the sauces in. You can help yourself to how much you want. My mum loves spicy stuff so look at her plate!

z7.jpg

I cannot stand spicy stuff at all. It’s pain to me, not a taste. I’m probably killing my taste buds when I eat spicy stuff. Not to mention I tend to get a stomach ache right after. So this is my plate, sigh.

z9.jpg

I don’t know if people realize, but there is something really creepy about prawns. I mean just look at their legs! They’re uncountable. It makes me feel like I’m eating some kind of under water/sea millipede with a shell. Feel turned off by prawns yet?
Oooh, & I wouldn’t want a stick up me like that.

z14.jpg

This is the most expensive noodles on the menu. Kinda chewy.

z15.jpg

The interior of the Lok Lok restaurant looks like this:

z2.jpg

This is the view outside from inside of the restaurant.

z3.jpg

Wouldn’t mind going back there again. Good food & great service at an affordable price. What more can you ask for?

After that, we decided to buy desserts back home. It’s impossible to take away Ice Kacang & Chendol. It’ll have melted before we even reach home. So we went to this Nyonya Cafe. Many people were having their lunch inside!

z23.jpg

They have all those nice traditional foods/dessert.

We ordered 2 Bu Bu Cha Cha & 1 Pengat. Bu Bu Cha Cha has pieces of potato, sweet potato, yam, jelly in coconut milk. At least I think it tastes like coconut milk. Anyway it does taste good. Pengat is exactly like Bu Bu Cha Cha to me, except it has banana pieces in it which I absolutely hate.

I don’t do bananas. I really hate them. Next time before you eat a banana, try cutting it in half right down the middle. You might be surprised in what you find inside. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. I’ve never eaten another banana again after that. Then again, you could be lucky, your banana might not have WORMS in them.

Back to the topic, we had to wait for them to pack the dessert so we sat down inside, & I took photos of the place. It’s like stepping into your grandma’s house. That is if your grandparents were Nyonya/Baba like mine were.

z20.jpg

z21.jpg

z22.jpg

All the detailing down to the marble tables & those small lights that they hang up on the walls.

Apparently they have another outlet in Tanjung Tokong! Something like next to Naza Hotel which probably why I never saw it before although I pass it practically every time I go to town. Naza Hotel is off the main road. You have to sort of turn off the main road to get there.

I was ecstatic but then the lady told us it is under renovation now & will be opened again after Chinese New Year. & I will be in Melbourne by then. Boo hoo. I think I’m going to miss all these desserts the most. Never mind, ice cream will comfort me in Melbourne. :p

z32.jpg

z34.jpg

z35.jpg

These cost like RM4 a bowl. Something around that price which is kinda expensive but just look at how many potatoes/yam they give. Other Bu Bu Cha Cha that I ate have more jellies than the potatoes/yam as the sellers try to increase their profit margin. Then again, they charge half of what I paid for this bowl of Bu Bu Cha Cha. You really get what you pay for. :)

Off we went to buy CNY goodies again. Would you believe we finished all that we had? Ahhh, costly stuff.

z33.jpg

But worth it when you bite into ‘em. Yummy.

z30.jpg

z27.jpg

z28.jpg

z29.jpg

Ps: I wish I had my old hairstyle back. I dun think I like it framing my face this way. I miss it. Please grow faster!

Making Up for Lost Time…

Posted in family, outing, shopping  on January 21st, 2008 by: Li

Finally updating on what went on last week since I was too busy trying to set up this domain at that time. :)

18.01.08

li2.jpg

It’s my mum’s 48th birthday. We both are exactly 30 years apart. I love how our age, the last digit corresponds with the last digit of the year. You’ll never forget your age. Best that I give birth when I’m 30 years old too, so that my child’s age will correspond with the last digit of the year. Dun tell me to get pregnant when I’m 20! Cause I won’t! :p

We din celebrate or anything. In fact my mum din even realize it was her birthday. Typical. She sometimes forget mine too. Anyway she took me New World Park for lunch. Just us two. Kinda like mother-daughter bonding time eh?

nwp31.jpg

Actually, she’s trying to let me eat all the wonderful Penang food before I leave for Australia, nice gesture I know. But I kinda rather she let me drive on my own so I can go out whenever I want. It isn’t too bad this way either. I get free food since she’s paying. :)

How much does one need to spend on food in a month in Australia anyway? My mum & I are negotiating my allowance for Melbourne. If you have any idea, drop me a comment please & let me know. :)

This was our first time to New World Park. I know loads of people have already been there, so hush, I’m still going to put up pictures of the place.

We wanted to eat at the Lok Lok restaurant but the guy said have to wait 10 more minutes or so. Then we ended up exploring the place first. Seems like everywhere we go, Chinese decorations are up, just for Chinese New Year which is on 7th February. Why do people rush to put up all the Chinese decoratios so early? Early bird catches the worm? Even my house isn’t decorated with the Chinese stuff yet. Soon maybe, but not this early.

nwp21.jpg

nwp61.jpg

nwp8.jpg

nwp71.jpg

I adore the signboards there. Funky.

nwp10.jpg

The stage was being set up & all for the opening ceremony of New World Park. I din stay to watch tho. All the big names in Penang probably attended. Mum wanted to leave as soon as we finished eating so that she won’t be caught in the jam.

Actually she prefers staying home & eating in instead of out. But like I said, it’s for me. :)

nwp51.jpg

nwp41.jpg

nwp9.jpg

Then we came across the food court there. Walk around to see what food they’re selling & I saw this!

hawker2.jpg

Fish meat bee hoon ( fried fish meat with noodles in soup). Been a couple of years since I last ate a bowl of this. Mum was never keen on hawker food. In fact I first ate Hokien Mee when I was 14 in my school canteen. Pathetic I know. Deprived of hawker food childhood.

That settled it, we can always eat Lok Lok another day. Since it was so empty, we just took the table right in front of the fish meat bee hoon stall. After that when we wanted dessert we moved to another table that is just next to the dessert stall. Funny.

The food at the food court is more expensive than hawker stalls elsewhere. Take this bowl of fish meat bee hoon for example. Few pieces of fish meat, but cost RM4.50 a bowl. Very delicious tho. Love the bee hoon.

Oh, & dun take the coconut. RM2.50 each & it’s not even cold. They din bother to keep it in the fridge. Not sweet either. Tasted just like water. And forget about the coconut meat, cause there’s none. It’s a really old coconut. Only has the juice but no meat. Not worth it at all. They shouldn’t bother to give me a spoon too. Nothing to scrape.

food5.jpg

When lunch hour arrived, more & more people came to the food court. Business people on their lunch breaks, etc…

hawker11.jpg

Mum & I ordered this for dessert:

food11.jpg

Ice kacang & Chendol

It’s really been years since I’ve last eaten chendol & ice kacang. We kept switching bowls with each other. I must say the Chendol was great!

food21.jpg

I saw a stall selling these CNY goodies. One reason why I love CNY besides ang pow (red packet) of course, is the CNY goodies. No other time of year can I get these. :) So I said the magic words to my mum. “I WANT!”

& there we have it…

food41.jpg

Suppose to be RM47 but my mum told him to discount a bit since we’re not buying just one. Paid RM45, save RM2. Always buy in bulk. :p

Left New World Park to go to Gurney Plaza. Had to buy groceries. & also a new printer. Oh yeah.

printer1.jpg

Went up to House of Notebooks to buy a HP printer.

printer.jpg

printer2.jpg

Bought this printer model. HP Photosmart C4385. An all in one printer.

Scanner & printer.

With wifi.

RM499 only.

printer3.jpg

printer4.jpg

printer5.jpg

printer6.jpg

printer7.jpg

I left my brother & mum to set it up, install it & connect it up to our wireless network. Seems like too much trouble for me. Haha. I hate installing printers. They do take an awful long time.

Mum decided it was time for me to get a hair cut so she took me to her hair stylist at Island Plaza. I can’t remember the name of the shop but I think it was called something like Hair Flair. Maybe not. Can’t remember.

Before that mum & I had breakfast at Coffee Bean. The usual Salmon Scramble for her & Food for Thought for me. :) It’s been some time since I’ve eaten anything strawberry. Not even the fruit itself so you can forget about strawberry jam. I just dun like the taste & smell of it. Kinda reminds me of medicine. With my Food for Thought came slices of bread & strawberry jam for me to spread it on. I decided to give it a try again. So I smeared strawberry jam over a part of my bread instead of the entire slice of bread in case it tastes horrible.

1.jpg

First bite: Not bad.

Second bite: Okay, too sweet! Gross! & I stopped eating that bread.

I’m still gonna stay away from strawberries flavored stuff from now on. Maybe I’ll try the fruit again instead.

When we went up to the hairstylist place, people were already there having their hair done. Ahhhh. The mad mad CNY rush to get all their hair done in time for CNY. Kinda crazy huh. So I had to wait cause my mum’s hair stylist was busy with other customers. No biggie. Read magazines. When it was my turn I look around & saw even more people were waiting. Gosh. As he was cutting for me, people kept calling in to make appointments. He was booked until 5 something that day & when he was cutting my hair it was only 11 something.

After that my mum came back to collect me. Yeah, I had to wait for her cause I din bring money so have to wait for her to come back & pay. She’s happy with my hair now, & she said I should have some highlights. Great, you wait till I finished with my hair cut then only say so! Now I can’t have hightlights cause there are just too many people getting their hair done everyday & more as CNY draws closer. Never mind. I’ll just stay naturally black.

2.jpg

Mum wanted to go to Metrojaya’s Shishedo counter to buy her face stuff like masks, etc… She bought don’t know how much worth of products & they give you voucher for how much you spend in the store I think. Anyway she had these vouchers. So she asked me to pick something from the Shishedo counter. So I picked an eye liner for RM69. Sort of a two in one. Black on one side & white on the other. Then my mum came to see too & she found something she liked. Gold eye shadow which cost RM75. Guess I should have picked a more expensive one too. :)

3.jpg

4.jpg

5.jpg

I think I prefer my last hairstyle. What do you think? Do I look better with hair framing my face or without? Oh well, I’m still stuck with this hairstyle. I guess I could tie it up when I want to tho there won’t be much to tie.

Bear in mind in this photo, I fluffed up my hair using wax. My hair is kinda flat now. He cut off too much I think.

10.jpg

I’ve decided to change luggage. :)

9.jpg

Not gonna take this one as my carry on anymore. Heavy & huge yes.

6.jpg

7.jpg

This will be my new carry-on although it’s a bit small. Anyway, I’ve decided any clothes I can’t fit into my luggage I’ll just ship it in to Melbourne. Yup. By ship. Not plane. It’s gonna take awhile to reach. Say maybe 3 months?

8.jpg

These are the rates for Pos Malaysia (Malaysia to Australia).

Surface Parcel:

< 1 Kg
(RM26.10)
< 3 Kg
(RM30.30)
< 5 Kg
(RM36.80)
< 10 Kg
(RM 51.50)
< 15 Kg
(RM 64.50)
< 20 Kg
(RM 82.20)
Maximum
Weight
(20Kg)
Insurance
Limit
(RM 3000.00)

Affordable yah? Cheaper than paying for bringing extra luggage on board the plane.

First of all I wanna say I’m sorry about the photos! They are so huge! Even I was shocked! Still not use to Wordpress yet so give me a chance. I’m too lazy to resize it but I’ll make sure photos in the next post won’t be this huge!

Went out with Sze Yee. Before that, mum took me to have my photo taken. Wanted those passport size photos to bring to Melbourne in case I needed it. No instant this time thank god. But my photo came out just as awful. Yup. Din know that till I collected it tho. My face was fat again. What is it with the camera guy?? Or is it me? LOL.

dsc00142.JPG Looks shabby eh?

Mum dropped me off at Gurney Plaza & Sze Yee was waiting at the entrance for me. :) Been some while seen I’ve seen her. Since New Year eve I think.

We went up to buy tickets for the Game Plan.

gameplan.jpg

Not a bad show really. Real funny at parts. Totally LOL. Typical Disney movie with a happy happy ending. Yup yup yup. Oh, the dog is really gross. Haha.

It was movie day so I didn’t even need to use my student card. RM6 per person. & we both got free cupcakes. GSC’s anniversary & they gave us each a cupcake. We also got a coupon for a buy one free one movie ticket. I let Sze Yee have it since I probably won’t be needing it. It expires on 31st March anyway & I’ll be long gong.

gsc.jpg

This is Sze Yee by the way. ;)

sze-yee.jpg

We went to Winter Warmers for lunch and guess who’s working there. None other than Meang Heang. Was surprised to see her working there. After all she lives near my house & Gurney Plaza isn’t that nearby. I wonder how she gets there & back. Can she drive yet? I forgot to ask. & she wouldn’t let me take her photo. Haha. I tried to disturb her tho. :) Took a couple of photos of her when I could.

meang.jpg

Look out for her if you’re at Winter Warmers @ Gurney Plaza.

food.jpg

drinks.jpg

After the movie, we went to the toilet & snap away in front of the mirror. Typical girls.

lili6.jpg

li10.jpg

After that, we met up with Kye Bei. She wanted to show me her new hair cut. SHORT. As if! Girl, your hair is still long kay, mine is short! No photos of her tho.

We also met Shi Ying & Shu Ling. Guess they headed to Gurney Plaza after their classes at Disted.

Nothing to do so Sze Yee & I bought McD chocolate sundae to eat. It’s one of the first time I actually finished it all by myself. Yay. :)

We left Gurney Plaza at about 6.30pm or so. I went home & vain-ed away in front of the mirror & took photos again. Haha. This is going to be my hobby. :)

* Watch out below! Photo overload. I went a bit overboard with the photo taking.

All new…

Posted in blog  on January 20th, 2008 by: Li

This will be my new blog from now on. :)

This domain name was bought for USD $7.49/year at DomainRightNow & the hosting is by Eternal Solutions for USD $30/year. Blog software is Wordpress.

The problems I had to go through to get this blog up & running. Took me 4 days to get to where I am now.

First I bought a Windows platform hosting plan which didn’t support php so well or some other bug. Don’t know exactly. Wrote an email to the support team of my hosting company & they advised me to switch to Linux platform.

Before that, I managed to get install Wordpress by installing Wordpress 2.3.1 instead of the latest version (Wordpress 2.3.2). I even managed to import all my posts & comments from my other blog. But there are bugs in Wordpress 2.3.1 so I din really want to use it.

So, I did what the support team advised. Switched over to Linux platform. Installed Wordpress 2.3.2 successfully. I felt mighty happy then. Yup, I did. Alas, when I tried to import I got this error message instead :

Could not connect to https://www.google.com

There was a problem opening a secure connection to Google. This is what went wrong:

Unable to find the socket transport "ssl" - did you forget to
enable it when you configured PHP? (429496729)"

Nothing I could do but I was really pissed. I didn’t want to leave my old posts & comments behind! So I uninstalled Wordpress & went looking for other blog software. Then I found out Wordpress’s importer is one of the easiest. Check out other blog softwares & their instructions for importing were way to complicated for me.

Decided to forget it. I seriously thought about forgetting about my hosting plan & just stick with Blogger.

Then you start thinking about the USD $30 you just blew on the hosting. So what the heck, I reinstalled Wordpress again. Was feeling kinda hyper when I found out I couldn’t uploads pictures/videos.

Got an error message saying something about it not being able to upload the file to my host. Took me awhile but I finally figured out it was because of the permission thingy. Took me another hour to figure out how to change my permission for the folder so that Wordpress could write to the directory. Logged in to Cpanel>>File manager. Found the directory that I wanted & changed the permissions to 777 instead of 755 which worked like a charm.

You wouldn’t believe how many emails I bombarded the support team of my hosting company with. Not that they replied any, I believe they don’t work on weekends. Lousy support I know, but you pay for what you get & USD30 for a year is damn cheap.

Anyway, here I am now typing away. :) I’m glad I got everything figured out, almost everything except for the importing. Guess I’ll have to just leave my old posts & comments behind. Boohoo. Not that there are many but still 70 posts still mean something to me. Still, I’ll keep my old blog. Not going to cancel my account so I can view it any time I want & so can you if you want to. *Wink ;) .

Wordpress really has so many themes that I was spoiled for choice. Chose this one in the end since I do love green & black. I’ll have to customize my own theme one of these days. I’m very picky when it comes to themes. Either the font doesn’t please me or it’s the colour or something else. Best if I make my own right? Soon, hopefully.

I was so caught up this week trying to make this little project of mine work that I didn’t blog about anything much. Will update later about my doings this week.

This blog is so empty! Hope to fill it up soon. :)
